• No refunds once check-in is complete.
• All cancellations, if informed 7 days prior to the check-in date, shall be eligible for a 100% refund. In case cancellation happen within 7 days of the check-in date, there wouldn't be ANY refund and will attract up to 100% cancellation charges. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
• To cancel your booking, kindly write to us at endlessbluehostel@gmail.com, please make sure to mention your reservation ID and all relevant details in the same e-mail.

The Endless Blue is a backpacker hostel and is well suited for young backpacking travellers we welcomes a diverse range of guests to create a comfortable and enjoyable environment for everyone. To ensure a vibrant atmosphere, we have established the following policies:

• Age Restriction: Guests between the ages of 18 and 36 are welcome to stay at our hostel. This age range fosters a dynamic and social atmosphere, allowing guests to connect and engage with fellow travellers of similar age groups.
• No Family Accommodations: Our hostel is designed to cater to solo traveller’s, backpackers, and small groups. We do not provide accommodations for families with children, as our facilities and amenities are better suited for independent traveller’s.
• Couples' Accommodations: Couples are allowed to stay at our hostel. However, we kindly request that couples do not share a single bunk bed. To ensure comfort and privacy, couples can book separate bunk beds or opt for a private room if available.
• The Endless Blue Hostel is exclusively for travellers and tourists, and we do not accommodate individuals classified as blue-collar workers. This policy is in place to maintain the atmosphere and experience, we provide to our guests.
• It is mandatory for all our guests and visitors to share their ID cards. Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.
• Visitors (Non-resident guests) timings: 10 AM to 8 PM only. In case the guest wants to meet the visitor, they can do so in our waiting area, cafeteria or common spaces. Note, visitors are not allowed inside any of the rooms, at any time.
• Drugs/Substance abuse is STRICTLY prohibited. In case anyone is found possessing or consuming drugs during their stay, strict action shall be taken against him/her, and the person would be asked to vacate the hostel immediately.
• Smoking is allowed in the common areas and other designated smoking areas ONLY, No Smoking in dormitories or private rooms.
• Any guests found anting anti-socially and creating chaos for all occupied personnel’s can be asked to vacate the premises immediately or have their booking modified without refund. Legal authorities may be contracted as well.
• Any guests found stealing or damaging hostel property will be solely accountable for their actions and Endless Blue Hostel will levy damage charges and/or contact the legal authorities as deemed necessary. This will also result in a termination of the booking with no refund.
• Please take care of your own personal belongings. Hostel is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft to personal property.
• As a courtesy to your fellow hosteller, please always keep the noise in the rooms to a minimum and respect every individual's privacy.
• Kindly keep dormitories and common areas clean. As a matter of respect and hygiene we would ask that guests do their part to keep "Endless Blue" as welcoming as possible and to no take the living space for granted.
• Please do not dry clothes inside or outside the rooms, kindly use the designated drying areas for the same.
• We cannot guarantee accommodation in the same dorm room in the case of 3 or 4 people travelling together.
• The Management Reserves the right to add, or alter or amend any of the above policy, terms, conditions and rules at any point of the time without prior notice.
• All disputes are subject to Delhi NCR jurisdiction.
• These policies are aimed at maintaining a lively and inclusive environment where guests can easily socialize and share their travel experiences. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
