A. Endless Blue Hostel & Café

No refunds will be provided once check-in is completed.
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of check-in may attract up to 100% cancellation charges; no refund will be issued.
In case of a no-show, the guest will be charged the full reservation amount.

To cancel a hostel booking, email endlessbluehostel@gmail.com with your reservation ID and booking details.

Hostel type: a backpacker hostel primarily suited for young, independent travelers.
Age restriction: guests between 18 and 36 years to maintain a vibrant, social atmosphere.
No family accommodation: facilities are designed for solo travelers, backpackers and small groups.
Couples policy: couples are welcome, but sharing a single bunk bed is not permitted — book separate bunks or a private room (subject to availability).

The hostel is exclusively for travelers and tourists.

All guests and visitors must present valid government-issued photo ID.
Foreign nationals must provide passport and valid visa at check-in.
Visitor timings: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM only.
Visitors may meet guests in the waiting area, cafeteria or common spaces — not inside dormitories or private rooms.

Drugs or substance abuse is strictly prohibited; offenders will be asked to vacate immediately.
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas, never inside rooms or dorms.
Anti-social behaviour or disturbance may lead to vacating the hostel without refund.
Theft, vandalism or damage results in immediate termination without refund, plus damage charges and possible legal action.

Guests are responsible for their belongings; the hostel is not liable for loss, theft or damage.
Maintain low noise levels and respect fellow guests' privacy.
Drying clothes inside or outside rooms is not permitted — use designated drying areas only.
Accommodation in the same dormitory cannot be guaranteed for groups of three or four guests.

No refunds once check-in for the villa stay has been completed.
Cancellations 7 days or more before check-in are eligible for a 100% refund of amounts paid, unless your confirmation states a different window.

Any security deposit or extra charges (cleaning, damages) will be communicated at booking.

The villa is offered as a private 2BHK for the guest(s) named on the booking.
Maximum occupancy is limited to the number agreed at booking (including children). Additional overnight guests require prior written approval.
Families with children may stay when included in the booking; child safety and supervision are the responsibility of parents/guardians.
The villa is for tourist and leisure stays only, not commercial activity, unless approved in writing.

Standard check-in/out times are shared in your confirmation. Early/late may carry extra charges and is subject to availability.
Valid government photo ID is required for all adults; foreign nationals must present passport and valid visa.
Keys or access devices must be returned at checkout; loss may incur replacement charges.
Guests must lock doors and windows when leaving; management is not liable for unsecured valuables.

Day visitors only with prior notice and approval, and must leave by the agreed time.
Parties, loud music or events that disturb neighbours are not permitted.
Quiet hours (typically 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM) must be respected toward neighbouring homes.

Drugs or illegal substances are strictly prohibited; violations may lead to eviction and reporting to authorities.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas, never inside the villa.
Kitchen & appliances: use responsibly, clean after use, and turn off gas/appliances when not in use.
Dispose of waste as instructed; follow recycling/segregation rules.
Dry laundry only in designated areas. Pets are not allowed unless agreed in writing.
Filming or commercial shoots require prior written permission. Theft/damage will be charged to the guest.

Keep the villa in a reasonable state of cleanliness; excessive cleaning after checkout may incur fees.
Personal belongings remain the guest's responsibility; management does not insure guest property.
Report leaks, power issues or safety concerns immediately.
Use of pool (if any), terrace or stairs is at guests' own risk; children must be supervised at all times.

If your villa confirmation lists extra rules (e.g. pool hours, parking, or AC usage), those apply in addition to the above.

Management of Endless Blue Hostel & Café and Endless Blue Villa reserves the right to add, modify or amend these terms at any time; the version published here or provided in writing with your booking applies.
All disputes shall be subject to Delhi NCR jurisdiction only.

Hostel: these rules keep our backpacker space safe, social and respectful for everyone.

Villa: these rules protect the home, neighbours and the quality of your private stay.
